We now offer professional design services including permit sets for municipal building permits, design, renderings, architectural services, and in person consultations. Our designs use cutting edge techniques and materials such as 3-D modelling. 

We provide a comfortable and efficient process for you to design the deck of your dreams

Design Services:  Fee depends on the scope and complexity of the project, as well as extent of drafting, (2-D, 3-D etc.) and use of architectural services. 

Permit Drawings: -This includes construction documents, specifications, permit documents, and other requirements for permit approval.

If we are building a new deck the permit drawings will most likely be required and included in your quote.
